Welcome to Jamlex. These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the rules for using the Jamlex app and its related services. By creating an account or using Jamlex, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

1) About the service

Jamlex is an English vocabulary learning app for Persian speakers, offering features such as themed vocabulary categories, a Leitner box and spaced repetition, English books with a reader, online teachers, audio pronunciation, and progress tracking.

2) Your account

• To use parts of the service, you must create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place through your account.
• The information you provide when registering must be accurate and up to date.

3) Acceptable use

You agree to use Jamlex only for lawful, personal purposes, and in particular to refrain from:

• Misusing, disrupting, or attempting unauthorized access to the service or its servers
• Copying, distributing, or selling the app's content without permission
• Using the service in a way that harms the rights of others or the operation of the service
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or circumvent the app's technical limitations

4) Free and Premium plans

Jamlex offers a free version and a Premium version with more features. Purchasing the Premium version on mobile devices is processed through the store's payment system (Google Play) and is subject to that store's rules and terms. Features, prices, and plan terms may change over time.

5) User content and online teachers

When you use the online teachers feature, the messages you send are processed to provide a response. The responses provided may not always be accurate and are intended only to support learning. You are responsible for any reliance you place on these responses.

6) Intellectual property

The Jamlex app, its design, content, and trademarks belong to Jamlex and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any rights to our intellectual property to you, other than a limited permission for personal use of the service.

7) Termination of access

You can delete your account and your data from within the app at any time. We may also temporarily or permanently restrict or terminate your access to the service if you breach these Terms.

8) Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Jamlex is provided "as is." We strive to keep the service stable and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available without errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Jamlex will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

9) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Jamlex after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
